Pay Matrix Level-7 [Rs.44,900 - Rs.1,42,400), Group-'B' Non-Gazetted 
Master Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application OR B.E OR B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering OR lnformation Technologr from a recognized University. However, candidates whcr have appeared Or are appearing in the final yearlsemester examination shall also be eligible to apply, subject to production of Original Certificate/Mark Sheet at the time of Viva Voce/lnterview. Should have knowledge of one or more programming language like VB, C, C++, C# and with web designing/scripting and HTML/DHTML, ASP Programming etc. and back end software like MSSQ Oracle etc.
Not less than 21 Years of age and more than 32 Years of age as on 13th May, 2022. However, the Upper Age Limit is relaxable by 5 years for APST and another 5 years for employees working under Govt. and Semi Govt. departments ofthe State ofArunachal Pradesh. For APST PwD candidates, upper age limit will be relaxed by 15 years.
