| The candidate should have experience of 2- 5 years in plant maintenance related activity which includes: Calibration of field instrument. ( Control valve , transmitter , Pressure switch , RTD, TC etc), Preventive maintenance & Predictive maintenance of field instrument , Loop Checking , Wiring drawing preparation and checking from field to C/R & MMC to C/R, Analytical instrument calibration & maintenance which includes PH, Redox , Gas sensors , Analysers etc. Carrying out Statutory related maintenance Activities like weigh bridge calibration/ testing etc. Execution of shutdown jobs incl. material planning , PLC & DCS know how to Diagnostic of fault in field & control room. Supervision of maintenance activities , Co-ordination of work and safety permits, Preparing material issues, Raise PR/Indent, Review and maintaining of spares. |
