Selected candidate will work on SERB-funded SERB POWER GRANT (SPG) entitled: Functionalized s-Heptazine containing materials and their Applications in CO2 Utilization. The main objective of this project is to construct s-Heptazine based systems and their functionalization (metal-free and metallated systems) for their applications as heterogeneous catalyst in the utilization of CO2 for various value added products like cyclic carbonates, polycarbonates and so on.
Essential Qualification(s): M.Sc. in Chemistry with GATE / CSIR-UGC NET (LS).
Desirable:  Junior Research Fellowship (CSIR-UGC), experience on organic chemistry and/or knowledge on supramolecular chemistry.

Maximum 28 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Institute rules.
